After working with the North Carolina Department of Justice as an Assistant Attorney General, Frank G. Swindell, Jr., returned to private practice in 2003 to start the Swindell Law Firm. Since his return to private practice, Mr. Swindell has made the Swindell Law Firm one of eastern North Carolina’s most dedicated law firms, providing individuals and business clients a complete range of quality legal services. Our law office is centrally located in Kinston, North Carolina. We handle a variety of legal matters with special emphasis in resolving automobile accidents, workers compensation, social security disability and nursing home negligence cases. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, consultations can be scheduled at other times to meet your needs. In the case of personal injury clients, we will arrange, if necessary, a meeting at the hospital or in your home. The Swindell Law Firm is dedicated to rendering quality legal services at a reasonable cost. While cases may be handled on a contingency or hourly basis, specific details regarding fee arrangements for your particular case will be discussed during the initial consultation. In an effort to save our client expenses, we utilize state-of-the-art automation to increase the efficiency of our services.
